Carney Cares supports our physical wellness through promoting an atmosphere of friendly competition, camaraderie, and accountability. Many activities are part of a healthy lifestyle, weightlifting, running, and playing sport are obvious one's, but so are other activities such as walking, gardening, and even yardwork!
As you enter your activities, you will get 'miles' credit and your avatar will move along Route 66! Exercise anywhere and however you want! Then log the activity and move across the route....cheer your fellow racers! Share your bib on social media! Brag about your streaks or longest mileage!

To help, some handy guidelines:
- Find your team (see above) and sign up!
- Feel free to complete your bio. (click your avatar on the top right.)
- Use the 'Log Activity' section to enter any physcial activity you do.
- This race includes activity conversions. Conversions are based on effort, ie 1 hour cycling = ~1 hour swimming = ~1 hour tennis. Please log activity minutes, not miles.
- To delete a log, click its gear on the right.
- If you post on social media, please include #carneybadley so we can find you!
- We rely on the honor system. Post what you do!
- There is a 'Racery' app you can download or use your computer to log activites.
- Attribute your activity to the appropriate day— try not to combine workouts from multiple days.
- Only backdate activities within the same week.
- Our race ends on October 15! Activities submitted after the race ends will not count toward race leaderboards.
- The team with the highest per-capita “miles,” (Total Team Miles / Total team members) will be the winner.
- If someone finishes the race before Oct 15, you may loop around again!
- Check for updates in the Kitchen every Friday!
